A control cabinet is installed on the side of the mill frame to monitor the machining process. The speed of the plate conveyor belt is automatically adjusted according to the plate ruler displayed on the control cabinet. During constant length grinding and chamfering, the conveying speed of the plate in the conveyor belt can be adjusted by the hydraulic transmission and displayed by the display in the control cabinet
The second part mainly consists of conveyor belt, hair dryer, dryer, cleaning machine and so on. The transmission belt is driven by the motor, and the four sides of the processed plate is driven by the conveyor belt for subsequent auxiliary processing. When the plate passes through the blowing area, the fan will scrape and blow the top and bottom of the plate, remove the grinding debris and impurities on the surface of the plate, and then the plate will continue to move to the drying area. The drying area consists of a 1m long stainless steel sheet outer cover, in which a resistance heater and a hot air circulating machine are installed to dry the surface of the sheet. The sheet continues to move forward on the conveyor belt, and the surface is swept by the cloth wheel.
There are two rotary cloth wheel brushes in the cleaning area, which can be cleaned by manually adjusting the pressure. There is also a control cabinet on the side of the second part of the support. The transportation of the whole standard board is carried out by the electric motor driven roller, and then by the roller driven conveyor belt. The speed of the conveyor belt is adjusted by the transmission, and the guide rail of the plate can also be manually adjusted. The electric control cabinet is equipped with a control switch and connected with the motor of each equipment through a cable. In addition, there are cooling water and pneumatic control system, and some edge chamfering machine is also equipped with waxing device.
